¶ Web Firmware Update
Make sure that external peripheral systems are online even when the system reboots. The system will go offline and reboot. If there is a critical contactor that must remain energised additional measures must be made by you to prevent the disruption of power.
This screen is accessed via the Tools option on the Menu.
¶ 1. Go to the Tools Menu > Firmware Updater
¶ 3. Press Start
¶ 3. Monitor the progress

¶ Troubleshooting: Web Firmware Update
- 1. Make sure the system is in Technician mode with a valid Pincode.
- 2. Firmware on the device needs to be recent enough to handle remote web firmware updates.
- 3. Must be enabled for web firmware updates, on the Hardware > System setup screen enable the feature "Web Updates".
The process takes time to run and will update and then verify that has completed the download successfully before doing a restart using the new program.
