¶ SUPPORT - How to Create a Manual Extract Report
The Manual Extract Report gives us an overview of the configuration you are using so we can see if anything in the setup might be causing the error.
¶ 1. Navigate to the Tool menu.
¶ 2. Go to the "Snapshot Report" button.
¶ 3. Press "Extract" to generate the report.
¶ 4. Open the folder where the most recent file is located.
¶ 5. The latest "Extract...txt" file (also larger than snapshots) is the Manual Extract Report.
